According to the rules of the Nevada State Health Division, the only way that you can find employment and start practicing phlebotomy is by becoming a certified lab assistant or phlebotomist.
This means that you will need to complete lab certification training and take and successfully pass the national exam before applying for phlebotomy jobs.
